These gym sessions are a fun, non competitive way for teen girls to keep fit, make friends and learn new skills. This teen fitness class aims to introduce young people to the gym environment and build up their confidence in using the equipment in the gym. The teen girls will learn the difference between cardiovascular and strength training. They will learn how to operate the machines and the proper technique while using them. There will be an emphasis on warming up, cooling down, mobility, and flexibility. This class is geared towards girls who are starting their fitness journey.
