4 Week Yoga for Beginners in Arklow Sports Centre from Monday, July 18th

Wicklow Sports Partnership are running a 4 Week Yoga for Beginners in Arklow Sports Centre starting Monday 18^th July. Yvonne Doyle will be the tutor. Yvonne is an experience yoga instructor teaching adults, athletes and children. She enjoys calming the mind and feeling more centred and grounded. Yoga is known to improves balance and flexibility, build strength and improve focus and concentration.
