2022 Bike Week Grant Application Forms Now Open!!

The 2022 Bike Week Grant Application Form is now open!

National Bike Week 2022 will begin on Saturday May 14th and end on Sunday May 22^nd. To celebrate this event Wicklow Sports Partnership is offering all schools, preschools/montessori and clubs in county Wicklow a grant of up to €250 to run bike related events and activities during Bike Week.

It doesn’t matter how big or small the event is, from colouring competitions to hosting cycle to training or bike safety talks, we want to get you excited about cycling again! This is a great opportunity to get children active on their bikes and improve their knowledge of bike maintenance and road safety along with the health benefits of cycling.

Applications forms must be completed and returned by 12^th May to wicklowlsp@wicklowcoco.ie

Once you have submitted your application you will need to send a one page report, including photos of the Bike Week event and activities by Wednesday 8^th June 2022. Funding will be forwarded to your school/club upon receipt of report.
