Wicklow Sport & Recreation Partnership in partnership with Siel Bleu are running a FREE Stretch & Mobility programme. This programme is for a duration of eight weeks. The programme is a low intensity class with the purpose of hitting those under used joints and stretching out your muscles. This programme is suitable for all abilities and places are limited!
