6-Week Couch to 5K Programme

Free 6 week online walk-to-jog programme for beginners. Each week you will receive a motivating email and your walk/run plan for that week.

Your Goal: At the end of the 6 weeks there will be a 5K Virtual Santa Dash for you to complete. Once you have completed our Santa Dash you will receive your Santa Dash medal and be super proud of your achievement.

The programme will run from Monday, October 24th until Sunday, December 4th. (Is it too early to mention Christmas?!) In December we will be running our annual 5k Santa Dash which always promises to be a fun day out, so why not come and join us as we fit for Christmas!
