6 Week Beginners Dance Fit in Coral Leisure Arklow

Beginner Dance Fit classes for Adults will begin on Wednesday, November 9th in the Coral Leisure Arklow. This programme will run for 6 weeks from 7pm to 7:40pm.

Laura Gannon from Laura’s Health and Dance Fitness will run the programme.

It is a great opportunity for adults returning to exercise or new to dance to enjoy these beginner dance classes.  Increase fitness levels while dancing to music. Learn some new dance moves and have fun. Let’s get active!
